How we work

Every engagement runs through the same six stages, set out here in full so you know what you are committing to before you contact us. The durations are typical, not fixed. They shift with how many styles you are developing, how fast tanneries can supply, and how much technical work you already have in place.

How we handle your details

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, brand, email address and message. We use them to reply and to scope possible work. That is the only purpose.

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox. Your details are not sold, shared with tanneries or factories, or added to a mailing list. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and up to two years afterwards.

You can ask us at any time what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to the partners and we will action it within thirty days. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
